| 7.1 Inform the landlord of your intention to use the supplied heater.
7.2 Complete the application form. 7.3 Once you have started using the heater, the landlord pays the first $200 of the next electricity bill and you pay equal share of the excess of the bill with the other heater users. 7.4 Commencement date and usage will not be taken into account. 7.5 Room inspections may be conducted to ensure safe and economical operation of supplied heaters. 7.6 Use of private heaters is not allowed. |
