8.2 I have received and read, and I understand and agree to the House Commandments and the Rules Applying to the Use of Heaters. 8.3 I understand that the use of the heater is a privilege and NOT a right, and that any requests so approved are subject to continuous and diligent adherence to the House Commandments and the Rules Applying to the Use of Heaters and the safe and economical use of the heater. 8.4 I further understand that such an approval, if granted, continues
to exist only for so long as the aforesaid House Commandments and the Rules
Applying to the Use of Heaters are NOT breached.
