| If you find the bathroom/external lavatory in an unsatisfactory or
unclean state you have three (3) options.
5.1 Inform the landlord in person or by mobile before using the bathroom/external lavatory and specify the exact nature of the problem, thus relieving you of the responsibility. Or 5.2 Failing to inform the landlord but proceeding to use the bathroom/external lavatory means you take full responsibility for the complete cleaning of the bathroom/external lavatory. Or 5.3 Do not use the bathroom/external lavatory and inform the landlord later. |
