| 6.1 Find out what the person at the door wants.
6.2 If the person is looking for an occupant other than yourself, advise them to wait outside then lock the door. 6.3 Check if that occupant is available. 6.4 If the occupant is available they must then answer the door and take full responsibility for their guest from that point onwards. 6.5 If the occupant is not available, advise the person and offer to take a message. 6.6 For reasons of security, do not allow them inside the premises under any circumstance. Please be warned. The landlord will have a psychotic fit if this procedure is not followed. For your own protection, any breach of these rules will result in severe consequences. |
