Additional information	Hi! We're a couple in our mid 20's, a beautiful (quiet) baby, and two indoor rabbits. We're looking to fill one more room in our house. This is a large master bedroom, with a walk-in wardrobe. We've got plenty of space in the house. -A huge lounge room, we comfortably seat ten people when watching movies. -A second lounge room that we currently aren't using at all. -A sun room -Good sized kitchen, we can fit four or so people all cooking at once without trouble. -HUGE bathroom - the photo doesn't do it justice. The bathroom also gets nice morning sunlight. -Separate shower and spa-bath. -Separate guest toilet for visitors (or when the bathroom is in use) -Gas stoves. Also an outdoors entertaining area and BBQ. -Ten to fifteen minutes walk from Epping Station (four blocks) -If you're studying at Macquarie Uni I work there and we could give lifts Ideal housemates: -Non-smoker -Professional or student -Doesn't have to be obsessively neat, but willing to help tidy up in the areas that you help to mess
