SINGLE ROOM medium size only 120 dollars per week (on the second picture) in BELMORE (next station to Campsie), 20 minutes on a train to city. Great size for one person, quiet.
Room is FURNISHED with an AIR CONDITIONER.

You can use all the appliances for free (washing machine, oven, fridges, microwave, rice cooker, jug for boiling water, kitchenware etc.) and we have land phone and 120GB ADSL2 wireless internet.

The house is only 2 minutes away from the train station and right next to shops, bank and post. It is located right on the Belmore main street - Burwood Road. This is a 4 bedroom house shared by students and workers (from Australia, Serbia and South Korea), no landlord in the house. We have bathroom and a separate toilet, big kitchen, laundry room, dining room and a living room. Small backyard, carspace provided.

Very affordable accommodation, clean, safe and friendly environment (brick house, lots of trees nearby). Only you will have the room key.

Any race, religion etc. WELCOME to apply. Smoking is fine in the backyard or on the stairs outside of the house. We prefer full time students and/or workers without pets who would like to stay here for a longer time.
